I thought lemon juice is acidic and I read that over acidity in your body can cause fatigue. But somewhere else I read that lemon juice can balance acidity. Completely opposite of the other person who says baking soda is the remedy. Who’s right?
Gracias, pero – I don’t have problem with stomach. It’s about general fatigue. I have read advice given on The Web by 2 people. One said it’s caused by too much acid, so take baking soda in water. The other also wrote about balancing acidity. But said to drink lemon juice in water. One must be talking about too much acid, the other about too little, in one’s body. How would one know which remedy he or she needs? (I can read Spanish but can’t write it any more. Sorry)
